Donations are welcome

The community fireworks show is supported by your donations. It always has been. Your support helps us continue this traditional and patriotic event. Make your donation at the barrels on the night of the show, at Tompkins Trust Company branches throughout the area, or by mail to Community Fireworks, Att: Fran Benedict, Tompkins Trust Company, PO Box 460, Ithaca, NY 14851

The show belongs to the community, but we can't guarantee future shows without donations. At least $4 from each person who watches the show -- whether it's from South Hill or surrounding hillsides, parks, and backyards -- would cover the cost of this year's show and build a reserve for future shows. The more you give, the bigger and better we can make future shows.
